Suite 527 Values

First, I would be remiss if I did not close out the day without acknowledging all of the fantastic mothers a part of the Suite 527 family. We are a wholly owned and operated majority woman (who are also mothers) business, so Happy Mothers Day to you all! May you remember, celebrate, and acknowledge all of the motherly figures in your lives today.

With that, I'd like to talk about some of Suite 527's core values: education, collaboration, and community engagement. Every successful business has guiding core values and principles, and Suite 527 is no different. However, our values mean something special to us because they are deeply personal, and arose from many of the challenges we faced as customers that in turn inspired us to become the agents of Suite 527. Becoming a first time home buyer at the age of 28, my journey was overwhelming and frustrating. I felt alone and without guidance. When I created Suite 527, education and financial literacy were two major contributors to the mission. I wanted to teach my clients about real estate, and help them make confident decisions so at closing they could tell other folks about their experiences. Collaboration is also key here. One thing I absolutely love about my team is how diverse we are. Each of us brings something unique in personality, and skill set to the table. We work together seamlessly for the good of each other and our clients by being team oriented. Lastly, we wouldn't be a great company if we didn't values our fellow real estate professionals, customers, and community members. Community engagement through inter-brokerage trainings, events, professional development workshops, and much more allow us to be an integral part of the communities we serve. We wouldn't be Suite527 Realty Group, LLC without our clients and fellow realtors, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every person we come in contact with. Our values ground our vision, our vision grounds our mission, and our mission grounds us. Come along for the ride with us.
