Sherri Jordan is the CEO & Founder of Suite 527 Realty Group, LLC®, a boutique Real Estate Firm in Bolingbrook, IL with 16 years of industry experience working with an array of clientele from first time home buyers to seasoned investors.

 

Hailing from the South side of Chicago , Sherri has built her real estate brokerage and team from the ground up going from an independent contractor to the owner of her own brokerage. She is known for hosting training workshops for agents and business owners as well as community outreach and local officials events. This is just part of the reason Suite 527 Realty Group was recognised and awarded The Best of Bolingbrook Business Award for Consumer Services in 2023.

 

Sherri knows there is no single path to becoming an excellent leader and that some of the most influential ones of our time have used different opportunities as challenges to becoming those leaders. Not only is Sherri a part of several Chicago Association of REALTORS® committees including  the award winning D77 committee representing Englewood, the community where she raised, the Professional Development Advisory Group where she now sits as the Vice Chair  after serving just one term, the Finance Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® Diamond Award WInning Global Real Estate Council but she was a Mentor in the REALTOR® ELITE (Education. Leadership. Information. Thrive. Elevation) program where her expertise resulted in her nomination and subsequent receival of the ELITE Coach of the Year award. Climbing the ladder, Sherri also serves the Illinois Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, the Young Professionals Network and she is one of twelve selected for the 2024 Illinois Realtors Leadership Development class..

Her commitment to excellence is evident in her track record of achievements, including also being awarded the 2023 Chicago Association of REALTORS® Managing Broker of the Year Award (1-50 agents) and a recent graduate of the Leadership Accelerator Program.

Sherri collaborates with Real Estate industry partners as well. Aside from being a member of the Dearborn Realtists® Board and Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago, she is also a Founding Member and Membership Chair of the NAREB Young Realtists® Division - Chicago.

Continually educating  herself on emerging real estate market trends to provide the most comprehensive skill set that works for each of her client’s individual needs. She has built her level of experience and resulting success to the overall betterment of the larger real estate community.
